Ulexite
SCIENCE / MINERALOGY
Ulexite is a hydrated sodium calcium borate, NaCaB₅O₆(OH)₆·5H₂O, famous for fibrous aggregates that transmit images along aligned fibers and create the 'TV rock' effect.
GEOLOGY & FORMATION
It forms in arid evaporite basins and borate-rich saline lakes, especially in California, Nevada, Argentina, Chile, and Turkey.
METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Ulexite is traditionally associated with clarity, balance, resilience, and intentional personal growth. Its natural structure, color, and geological history provide a symbolic framework for approaching change with greater awareness. Practitioners commonly use it as a contemplative aid for reflecting on priorities and choosing a more deliberate response instead of reacting automatically. These associations are part of crystal traditions and are not scientifically established medical effects.

ACCURACY / TRADE-NAME NOTE
Water-sensitive borate mineral; do not soak. Fibrous structure creates its unusual optical behavior.
