Mookaite

SCIENCE / MINERALOGY
Mookaite is an Australian silicified sedimentary rock commonly called jasper. It contains microcrystalline silica replacing or cementing radiolarian-rich sediments and occurs in red, yellow, cream, white, brown, and purple tones.

GEOLOGY & FORMATION
It formed from silica-rich marine sediments in Western Australia that were lithified and extensively silicified, preserving microscopic fossil components within a durable quartz-rich rock.

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Mookaite is traditionally associated with clarity, balance, resilience, and intentional personal growth. Its natural structure, color, and geological history provide a symbolic framework for approaching change with greater awareness. Practitioners commonly use it as a contemplative aid for reflecting on priorities and choosing a more deliberate response instead of reacting automatically. These associations are part of crystal traditions and are not scientifically established medical effects.
