Amphibole Quartz is a trade name for quartz containing visible inclusions of amphibole-group minerals and, in some material, other iron-bearing minerals. The host is quartz, SiO₂, while included needles, fibers, clouds, or phantoms may vary in exact mineral identity. It is also marketed under names such as Angel Phantom Quartz.

GEOLOGY & FORMATION
Included quartz forms when other minerals are present in the hydrothermal fluid or on earlier crystal surfaces while quartz continues to grow. Successive growth stages can trap amphibole needles or fine mineral clouds, producing plume-like, scenic, or phantom structures inside the quartz.

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Amphibole Quartz is traditionally associated with spiritual awareness, inner vision, meditation, and communication with higher aspects of consciousness. Its suspended inclusions are often interpreted as symbolic 'landscapes' or pathways within the crystal, encouraging introspection and imaginative meditation.
